By downloading, installing, or using the Vishwa Kids app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

The app is designed for children aged 3 and above, but all accounts and payments must be managed by a parent or guardian (18+).

3. User Accounts

• Users must register with a mobile number.
• Personalized experience requires a child's name and birthday.
• Users must keep account credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription plans: Monthly, 6-month, and Yearly.
• Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days for unsatisfied users.
• Technical issues preventing app access are eligible for refunds.
• No refunds for partial usage or unused subscriptions.

6. Use of Content

All app content is for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction or modification without permission is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

• No sharing of account credentials.
• No illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized modifications.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

Personal data use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to the App

We may update or modify the app without prior notice.

10. Termination of Access

We may suspend access due to violations or non-payment.

11. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
